Lekker Bru Mild Chili Pheasant Birdtong snack made with wild Devon birds dried and cured with red-wine vinegar plus a blend of chili spices including salt, pepper, paprika and roasted coriander seeds.
Using the very best quality meat we marinade our meat for up to 48 hours, we then mix in our own special blend of traditional Chilli Biltong beef spices to ensure that classic and unmistakable taste.
